30g chives
15g ginger
30ml soy sauce

Steps
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, finely chopped chives, minced ginger, soy sauce, and a dash of sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edge of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half and create small pleats along one side to seal.
- To steam, place dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam for 10-12 minutes.
- To pan-fry, heat oil in a pan, place dumplings flat-side down, and cook until the bottoms are golden. Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
