10860g chives
5430g ginger
10860ml soy sauce

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, finely chopped chives, minced ginger, soy sauce, and a dash of sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edge of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half and create small pleats along one side to seal.
  4. To steam, place dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  5. To pan-fry, heat oil in a pan, place dumplings flat-side down, and cook until the bottoms are golden. Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
