12100ml mayonnaise
3630ml vinegar

Steps

  1. Finely shred cabbage and grate carrots. Combine them in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate, smaller bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, a splash of vinegar, a spoonful of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  4. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  5. For best results, let the coleslaw chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
