163200g spaghetti
2448cloves garlic
40800ml olive oil
2040g chili flakes
8160g parsley

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, gently sauté thinly sliced garlic in olive oil over low heat until fragrant and lightly golden. Add chili flakes.
  3. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
  4. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan with the garlic oil. Toss to combine, adding splashes of pasta water to create a light, emulsified sauce.
  5. Stir in fresh parsley and serve immediately.
