Ingredients

3400g flour
2125g butter
2550g sugar
170ml vanilla extract
2040ml milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  4. Fill muffin liners two-thirds full with batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before frosting.
