Quick tuna salad

Ingredients

4800g tuna
1200ml mayonnaise
48stalks celery
24pcs onions
2400g lettuce

Steps

  1. Drain the canned tuna thoroughly to remove excess oil or water.
  2. In a medium bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
  3. Finely chop the celery and onions and add them to the bowl with the tuna.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
