Ingredients

1 serving +

200g flour
250ml milk
2pcs eggs
10g baking powder
100ml syrup

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are okay. Do not overmix.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  7. Serve warm with a generous drizzle of syrup.
