6750ml milk

270g baking powder
2700ml syrup

Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are okay. Do not overmix.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve warm with a generous drizzle of syrup.
