42300ml mayonnaise

Steps
- Peel and chop potatoes into uniform chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, a spoonful of mustard, and a splash of vinegar.
- Finely chop celery and onion.
- Gently fold the warm potatoes, chopped celery, and onion into the mayonnaise dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. For best flavor, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
