Ingredients

248800g potatoes
46650ml mayonnaise
6220ml mustard
622stalks celery
311pcs onion

Steps

  1. Peel and chop potatoes into uniform chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, a spoonful of mustard, and a splash of vinegar.
  3. Finely chop celery and onion.
  4. Gently fold the warm potatoes, chopped celery, and onion into the mayonnaise dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For best flavor, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
