400g chocolate
300g butter
500g sugar
200g flour
6pcs eggs

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in sugar until combined, then beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Gently fold in flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
