Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in sugar until combined, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Gently fold in flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
