Ingredients

1 serving +

400g ramen noodles
60g miso paste
300g pork belly
2pcs egg
2stalks green onion

Steps

  1. In a large pot, bring chicken or pork broth to a simmer. In a small bowl, whisk miso paste with a ladleful of hot broth until smooth, then stir it back into the pot.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
  3. Prepare toppings: soft-boil eggs, slice pork belly, and chop green onions.
  4. Divide the noodles among serving bowls. Pour the hot miso broth over the noodles.
  5. Arrange slices of pork belly, a halved soft-boiled egg, and a sprinkle of green onions on top.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.
