180g miso paste
900g pork belly

Steps
- In a large pot, bring chicken or pork broth to a simmer. In a small bowl, whisk miso paste with a ladleful of hot broth until smooth, then stir it back into the pot.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- Prepare toppings: soft-boil eggs, slice pork belly, and chop green onions.
- Divide the noodles among serving bowls. Pour the hot miso broth over the noodles.
- Arrange slices of pork belly, a halved soft-boiled egg, and a sprinkle of green onions on top.
- Serve immediately while hot.
