Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, a beaten egg, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
