Ingredients

1 serving +

12pcs lasagna sheets
400g ricotta
300g spinach
500ml marinara
2pcs zucchini

Equipment

oven
pan
baking dish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Sauté chopped zucchini and spinach in a pan with a little olive oil until tender. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange a single layer of lasagna sheets on top.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the pasta, followed by a layer of the cooked vegetables, and then another layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Repeat the layering process: pasta, the remaining ricotta, vegetables, and sauce. Top with a final layer of pasta and a generous amount of marinara sauce and grated mozzarella.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
