1000g beef
4pcs bell peppers
400g broccoli
100ml soy sauce
6cloves garlic

Steps
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
- Wash and chop the bell peppers and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a wok over high heat and add a splash of oil.
- Stir fry the beef quickly until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add the vegetables and minced garlic to the wok, stir frying until just tender.
- Return the beef to the wok, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together for a minute.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
