Quick and easy beef stir fry


Ingredients

27000g beef
108pcs bell peppers
10800g broccoli
2700ml soy sauce
162cloves garlic

Steps

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
  2. Wash and chop the bell peppers and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat and add a splash of oil.
  4. Stir fry the beef quickly until browned, then remove and set aside.
  5. Add the vegetables and minced garlic to the wok, stir frying until just tender.
  6. Return the beef to the wok, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together for a minute.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
