Ingredients

3pcs bananas
250g flour
150g sugar
2pcs eggs
75g butter

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the mashed bananas. Stir in the sugar and beaten eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
