600ml milk

Steps
- In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of sugar. Blend until the batter is completely smooth.
- Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the gluten to relax.
- Heat a lightly buttered non-stick or crepe pan over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan and immediately swirl to spread it into a thin, even circle.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the surface looks dry. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Slide the crepe onto a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Fill with sweet or savory fillings.
