60g basil

Steps
- Slice ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating them.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
- Drizzle generously with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
