10530ml balsamic glaze

Steps

  1. Slice ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating them.
  3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  4. Drizzle generously with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with a sprinkle of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
