15g butter

Steps
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until light and frothy.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook for a minute until the edges begin to set.
- Gently push the cooked edges toward the center and tilt the pan to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
- When the eggs are nearly set, sprinkle cheese over one half, and fold the other half over.
- Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
