9pcs eggs
150g cheese
45g butter
6g salt
3g pepper

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until light and frothy.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until sizzling.
  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook for a minute until the edges begin to set.
  4. Gently push the cooked edges toward the center and tilt the pan to let uncooked egg flow underneath.
  5. When the eggs are nearly set, sprinkle cheese over one half, and fold the other half over.
  6. Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
