150ml yogurt
30g spices
400ml tomato sauce
100ml cream

Steps
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, spices, and lemon juice. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly charred.
- In a separate pan, heat butter and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic, ginger, and tomato sauce.
- Simmer the sauce for 15 minutes, then stir in the cream until smooth.
- Add the grilled chicken to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
