25500g chicken
7650ml yogurt
1530g spices
20400ml tomato sauce
5100ml cream

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, spices, and lemon juice. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly charred.
  3. In a separate pan, heat butter and sauté onions until soft. Add garlic, ginger, and tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer the sauce for 15 minutes, then stir in the cream until smooth.
  5. Add the grilled chicken to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
