Ingredients

50pcs cucumber
75pcs tomato
3750g feta cheese
2500g olives
125g oregano

Steps

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  2. Add Kalamata olives and gently toss the vegetables together.
  3. Crumble a block of feta cheese over the top of the salad.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano to make the dressing.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss lightly to combine.
  6. Serve immediately for the best fresh flavor.
