6400g butter
256cloves garlic
960g parsley

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with several cloves of minced garlic and finely chopped fresh parsley.
  3. Slice a baguette in half lengthwise.
  4. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over both cut sides of the bread.
  5. Wrap the baguette in foil and bake for 10 minutes, then unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
