Ingredients

3 servings - +

1500g ground beef
24pcs tortillas
450ml salsa
3pcs onion
90g cilantro

Steps

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  2. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. While the beef cooks, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave.
  4. Finely chop the onion and cilantro for toppings.
  5. Assemble the tacos by filling each warm tortilla with the seasoned beef, salsa, onion, and cilantro.
