Steps
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Drain off any excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and a little water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- While the beef cooks, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave.
- Finely chop the onion and cilantro for toppings.
- Assemble the tacos by filling each warm tortilla with the seasoned beef, salsa, onion, and cilantro.
