155000ml vegetable broth

Steps

  1. Peel and chop all the vegetables into even pieces for uniform cooking.
  2. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  3. Sauté the onions until translucent and fragrant.
  4. Add the remaining vegetables and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 30 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  7. Season to taste and serve warm with crusty bread.
