Ingredients

1 serving +

12pcs wrappers
200g pork
150g shrimp
1pcs carrots
200g cabbage

damp towel


Steps

  1. Sauté ground pork, finely chopped shrimp, shredded carrots, and cabbage until cooked. Season with soy sauce and let it cool.
  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape. Spoon a small amount of filling near the bottom corner.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling. Fold in the left and right corners towards the center.
  4. Roll the wrapper up tightly towards the top corner. Seal the edge with a little water or egg wash.
  5. Heat oil for deep frying to 175°C (350°F). Fry the spring rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
