Refreshing fruit smoothie


Ingredients

3pcs banana
450g strawberries
600ml yogurt
60ml honey

blender


Steps

  1. Wash and chop the fruits as needed. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.
  2. Place the banana, strawberries, yogurt, and a drizzle of honey into a blender.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Check the consistency; if it's too thick, add a splash of milk or water and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture.
